Our founder kept meeting agencies wrestling with the same repetitive, time-consuming chores, CV formatting worst among them. Recruiters were losing their week to document layout instead of spending it on candidates and clients.
The question that started EfficiencAI was a blunt one: how do you do recruitment’s slowest job at incredible speed, without sacrificing a shred of precision? Every agent we have built since is an answer to it.

Our first year went into the technology rather than the marketing: bespoke formatters built hand in hand with the recruitment agencies using them, before we had a public product to point at.
It worked, the people using it said so publicly, and we launched to the public in 2025 on the back of those builds.
